A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Membership includes a weekly box of extremely fresh produce, all grown here on our farm in Rincon Valley, all certified organic. Pick up is on Fridays at the farm. Each week the box will aim to have:
leafy salad green such as lettuce, spinach or arugula
a culinary herb such as parsley, basil, cilantro, thyme, etc.
an allium, such as garlic or onions or shallots or chives
a leafy green for cooking such as kale, collards, chard, cabbage, or spring mix
something sweet: strawberries most weeks, but also melons and tree fruit at times!
a root vegetable such as carrots, beets, turnips
a bouquet of flowers* (*= at least 16 out of the 20 weeks)
Please note: CSA runs June-October for 20 weeks, and registration opens in February. No more CSA memberships are available for 2025.
